Elizabeth Burns poem at large

Elizabeth’s poem Spiral has been installed on giant scaffolding overlooking The Royal Mile in Edinburgh. It was chosen by public vote from a shortlist of 5 in a project organised by The Scottish Poetry Library and was unveiled on National Poetry Day. It will remain in place for the next year. A great tribute to a fine poet.

The poem itself is published in the pamphlet ‘A Vessel Opening Out’ which complemented the joint exhibition ‘A Potter, a Painter and a Poet’. Click here to see the banner:
